“During the WorkReadyNH course we practiced interviews and were instructed on the do’s and don’ts of the interview process. The instructor taught the proper way to put together a resume, how to write a cover letter and how to do an elevator speech that prepares you to talk to a prospective employer in 5 minutes or less and why you would be perfect fit for an open position in their company. I actually went to one interview on a Thursday and received a call that following Tuesday offering me a position at their company. Will it work that way for everyone? I don’t know. I’m a firm believer in what you put into it is what you will get out of it.”
